At Scaler Buy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scalerbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@scalerbuy.com.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it. Contact us with details and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
